Frequently Asked Questions
How to Store Fresh Pasta
Unfilled:
Our fresh pasta stays best in the refrigerator for up to 5 days in an airtight container.
Filled:
Filled pastas can be stored for up to 3 days in the refrigerator. They should be stored in an open container to prevent condensation from forming - this will cause your pasta to stick together. Let it breathe!
Freezer:
For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months in an airtight container. Note: the longer your pasta is frozen, the more brittle it will be when you're ready to cook it.
Cooking Instructions
Unfilled:
Our fresh pasta cooks much faster than dried pasta - usually in just 3-4 minutes in a large pot of salted boiling water.
Filled:
Add your pasta to a large pot of salted boiling water one by one. Filled pasta cooks in 4-5 minutes at a gentle boil. This helps prevent your pasta from opening up while cooking.
Lasagna:
Remove the plastic cover, and cover with foil. Place into the oven at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes. The lasagna has already been cooked - you're just reheating it!
Gluten-Free Options
We are happy to provide gluten-free rigatoni!
Our rigatoni is made using certified gluten-free chickpea flour. It is prepared daily in-house on dedicated work surfaces, using dedicated equipment.
All of our sauces are gluten-free as well.

Phone Number?
We do not have a direct phone number. Early on we found that the volume of calls, messages, and in-store service happening all at once was difficult for our very small team to manage.
To keep things running smoothly and make sure the guests in front of us get the attention they deserve, we handle most communication through our social media and messaging platforms instead.
We're always happy to answer questions - you can reach us via DM on Instagram, Facebook, or stop by the shop to chat with us in person!

Seating Availability
When we first opened, our concept was primarily takeout, with a couple of tables available for guests who wanted to sit while waiting for their orders.
There are two high-top tables and 4 chairs available on a first come, first served basis for guests to use at their leisure, whether you choose to dine in or not.
